Fette Compacting is a member of DICO (Deutsches Institut für Compliance e.V.).

The DICO creates spaces for exchange on compliance and promotes further training. In addition, the institute develops guidelines and standards for compliance practice. We are guided by these standards - they are accompanied and published by the DICO.

The aim: to promote sustainability in mechanical and industrial engineering and to publicize sustainable solutions. We are committed to complying with the 12 sustainability principles of the mechanical and industrial engineering sectors.

Our environmental management system is certified to DIN EN ISO 14001 : 2015

The DIN EN ISO 14001 : 2015 certificate is awarded to companies that achieve their environmental goals and continuously improve their environmental performance. A two-stage audit is carried out for certification. One key cornerstone here is a comprehensive CO2 analysis.

We work ever more efficiently in terms of energy and material, reducing water consumption and cutting emissions. For this, TÜV Nord certified us according to DIN EN ISO 14001 : 2015 in November 2022.

CSR - Human Rights

We observe human rights in every corporate segment and in every corner of the world. We do not tolerate any kind of exploitation of adolescents and are firmly opposed to any type of discrimination.

CRS - Corruption

We do not tolerate corruption. In order to identify corruption risks, the Compliance Team of the Fette Compacting Group conducts annual Compliance Risk Assessments.

We support our workforce with a variety of measures and offers: we promote the balance between work and family life in the form of a wide variety of childcare offers.
We have also made our working hours more flexible in many areas of the company and, depending on the respective task, offer part-time models for parents after their parental leave is over.

Apart from qualifications, we are also continuously improving industrial safety. Our management and the works council make equal contributions toward this goal. They regularly discuss and coordinate possibilities for improvement. All of this ensures harmonious interaction – and remarkably low fluctuation rates.

Our contribution toward an intact environment.

As a manufacturing company, we require energy in each of our processes. This gives rise to many opportunities to optimize consumption and reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Our waste management aims to incur as little waste as possible and to recycle or dispose of any substances and materials in an environmentally-friendly manner.
Saving energy – conserving resources – reducing material consumption. We are continuously working toward further reducing our ecological footprint. To this end, we have created an environmental management system that has been awarded the DIN EN ISO 14001 : 2015 certificate.
